Psychosocial support program is designed to address the emotional, psychological, and social needs unprivileged women and girls facing various mental health challenges, such as gender- based discrimination, depression, stress, stigma, social economic disparities and reproductive health challenges which require practical interventions.
Our interventions include group and individual counseling, therapy, support groups, education, to help individuals cope with their circumstances and improve their overall well-being.
We aim at enhancing psychosocial resilience, promoting self-care, fostering social connections, contributing to women and girls’ personal development, self-esteem, and ability to navigate societal norms and expectations. Therefore, psychosocial support must be prioritized to ensure the holistic well-being of women and girls.
