Agriculture Activities Enhancement.

Agriculture is one of the vocational skills we deliver to our beneficiaries at We-For-Her Initiative with an objective of promoting and improving agriculture as an income generating activity, and absorbing the youth and women into farming activities.

We therefore realized that it’s important to promote and improve agriculture through delivering modern and sustainable agriculture skills, knowledge and practices which are essential especially in a rural setting where people have vast or limited land resource.

Improved agriculture activities will help to improve individual and household incomes, improve food security and reduce malnutrition through increased food production.

We further work with our partner Schools to develop School gardens in the respective Schools aimed at improving food supply in Schools, improving nutrition among growing children and cultivating young girls’ interest in agriculture.
